My editorial from today's edition is about the decision of the Cypriot parliament to vote against using depositors' money to bail out banks. I'm not an expert in economics; I'm not a banking expert; I'm merely another  citizen who's paying the debts, every day, of people who continue to earn vast multiples of what I do.
