DELL-egating


I do some work for Women Mean Business, which has recently moved online. Recently I interviewed Niamh Townsend of DELL Ireland. Her description of their policies on women who return from maternity leave was very thought-provoking… they allow women to take a step back, to change roles sideways, or to re-engage fully and continue their careers.
